OUR TEAM

Sowmya founded the organization in October of 2022. She strongly believes that it's crucial for female empowerment through technology leadership, especially as women in tech drive innovations that permeate and reshape the very nature of how we live.

Shuchi joined the organization in the Fall of 2023. She has been a strong advocate for female empowerment and a voice of the mission since the beginning. Driven by her passion for technology leadership, she spearheads various events such as Hackathons and co-leads our long-running programs, including initiatives that support women in tech.

Bindu joined us in 2025 as a volunteer in the fall and has been a force ever since. She is a passionate, driven, and budding leader in technology leadership, exemplifying female empowerment in the industry. Her creative side adds a soft touch to all of our outreach content, showcasing the importance of women in tech.
